PACKAGING

• All items are shipped in a cardboard box. We try to keep our packaging as environmentally friendly as possible.

PICKUP

• Please note! Pickup is by appointment only.

Pickup is FREE. Send an email to "amavi-be@hotmail.com" or leave a message in the comments if you choose pickup. This way, we can arrange a convenient time for you to collect your package.

SHIPPING

• All products are shipped from Belgium.

We ship with Bpost, PostNL and Mondial Relay.

Processing time is 1–3 business days.

⚠️ NOTE: If free shipping applies, we will choose PostNL to ship your order.

SHIPPING COSTS

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• Returns and refunds are no problem. Contact me within 14 days of delivery. Return the product within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any decrease in value.

CUSTOM FEES

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import duties. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.
